Melt the grated cheddar and beer together.
Step 2/3
Lay 2 bacon strips on top of each chicken cutlet and top with 2 slices of Swiss cheese. Roll each cutlet up tightly and cover with flour. Dip each roll in eggs and breadcrumbs and fry them in the hot oil.
Step 3/3
Cover the fried chicken rolls with the melted cheese and enjoy!
