1 large Babybel ® cheese
1 puff pastry
2 eggs
4/5 cup heavy cream
1 leek
3 1/2 oz bacon, diced
Olive oil
Parsley
Salt & pepper
1 baking tray

Step 1/3
Cut the Babybel ® into 6 wedges and arrange them in a circle on their sides in the center of the puff pastry. Fold the dough over the Babybel ® wedges to cover them.
Step 2/3
Mix the eggs, heavy cream, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper and pour this mixture into the quiche between the Babybel ® wedges.
Step 3/3
Fry the minced leek in a drizzle of olive oil and then add the bacon. When cooked, add them to the quiche. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes at 350 °F. Slice and enjoy!
