Press ground breakfast sausage into the wells of a donut tin, shaping them into rings. Bake until fully cooked, then carefully remove from the tin and set aside.

Clean the donut tin and grease it lightly. Add a layer of pancake batter to each well. Sprinkle scrambled eggs and shredded cheddar cheese over the batter. Place a cooked sausage ring on top of each. Pour a final layer of pancake batter over the sausage rings, ensuring they are fully covered. Bake until done, serve and enjoy!
