4 spicy lamb sausages
0,5 cheddar cheese, grated
1 mozzarella cheese, grated
parsley
Step 1/3
Remove casing from the pork sausages and make a large sausage disk. Do the same with the lamb sausages.
Step 2/3
Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella over the lamb sausage disk, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and cover with the pork disk.
Step 3/3
Seal the edges together well to form a large patty and grill. Cut into wedges and enjoy with fries and ketchup!
