1 wheel camembert cheese
1,25 flour
6 egg
1,25 breadcrumbs
1 pie dough
5 bacon, diced
1 milk
1 red onion, chopped
vegetable oil
parsley, chopped
salt & pepper
Step 1/3
Cut the camembert into 8 wedges and bread them by dredging in the flour, followed by 3 beaten eggs, and then breadcrumbs. Bread them a second time, fry in vegetable oil, and drain well on paper paper. Leave to cool.
Step 2/3
Arrange the camembert wedges in a circle on the pie dough pointing outwards and fold the edges of the dough inwards between each slice to form a star.
Step 3/3
Fry the bacon. Beat the reMayning eggs with the milk and add the chopped onion, bacon, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture into the pie, in the middle of the cheese wedges, and bake for 30 minutes at 350 °F. Remove from the oven, slice, and eat!
