Step 1/2
Cut 5 strips from the chicken breast, peel and slice half of the onions into rings before inserting alternate yellow and red onion rings on each chicken strip. Arrange the chicken breast on a baking sheet in a star shape, mix together the olive oil and the Chefclub BBQ spice mix, then brush the chicken with it. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.
Step 2/2
Heat the pita bread in a pan and cut the top into 8 to form a star. Cut the tomato and the second part of the onions into small pieces, add chopped parsley and olive oil, mix everything and place the mixture on the pita bread. Mix the sour cream and the chopped chives, pour it over the tomato and onion mixture and add the chicken. Serve with fries and salad. Enjoy!
