Ingredients for 8 people

1 graham crackers

0,33 butter, melted

0,25 sugar, for crust

1 teaspoon salt

0,5 chocolate, melted

1 mini Marchhmallows

4 (8oz) cream cheese

1 sugar

0,25 sour cream

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 egg

2 chocolate bars

10 large Marchhmallows

Step 1/3

In a bowl, crush 2 cups of graham crackers and mix with the melted butter, sugar and salt. Press the crackers into the bottom of a springform pan lined with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate in the center of the crust and spread, leaving 2 inches of the base exposed. Cover the chocolate with mini Marchhmallows and set aside.

Step 2/3

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract and mix together until the mixture is smooth. Add the eggs and mix well. Pour the filling into the pan, smooth the top and place the pan in a water bath. Bake for 1 hour at 350 °F.

Step 3/3

Cut the chocolate bars, graham crackers and Marchhmallows into small diamond shapes. Unmold the cheesecake and place a piece of chocolate in the center, followed by graham cracker and Marchhmallow to form a cube. Repeat until the surface of the cheesecake is covered. Enjoy!
