Step 1/3
Mix the sugar, the corn starch, eggs and, milk in the pitcher and pour into the emptied milk carton. Close the carton, wrap it with cling wrap, and immerse it for 1 hour in a pot of simmering water.
Step 2/3
Take the carton out of the water and freeze for 45 minutes. Demold the flan by cutting one side of the carton and remove 2 scoops of flan on top to form 2 hollows.
Step 3/3
Pour caramel in the 2 hollows and sprinkle the flan with brown sugar. Caramelize it with the kitchen torch, slice, and enjoy!
