Place the baked potatoes in muffin tins and cut the tops into a cross pattern. Fill each cut with a cube of butter and some cornbread batter. Add a jalapeño to each potato and bake until golden brown.
Step 2/2
Once out of the oven, spoon chili into each potato, and drizzle with sour cream. Garnish with fresh cilantro and chives. Serve and enjoy!
