Total time : 45 min
2 1/2 lb ground beef
Butter
10 packs french fries
Cheddar cheese
5 cups flour
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp baking soda
2 cups water
2 cups milk
Large glass jar
Parchement paper
Step 1/4
Begin by forming 12 hamburger patties with the ground beef. Cook them in butter on a frying pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Step 2/4
Cut the fries into small 1 inch pieces. Then, in a bowl, mix together the melted cheddar and fries. With the reMayning cheddar cheese, cut thin square slices.
Step 3/4
Place a piece of parchement paper at the bottom of a large greased glass jar. After, place a layer of the French fry mixture, slices of cheese, and 2 beef patties, in alternating layers. Repeat until you've used up all of the ingredients. Place in the freezer.
Step 4/4
Next prepare the batter by mixing flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl with water and milk. On a baking tray, pour 1 ladle of the batter in the center. Then remove the burger tower from the jar and place it on top of the batter. Pour the reMayning batter on top of the tower to completely cover the surface. Fry in oil at 350° for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy with your favorite condiments!
