Cut slits in the sausage and form a circle, cut the merguez into small pieces then insert them into the slits. Place the sausage on the pizza dough and cover it with the dough to form a crust. Cut the end of the burrata then empty it and cut the skin of the burrata into small pieces. Place in a bowl. Mix the Chefclub pizza spices with the inside of the burrata and set aside.

Pour the tomato sauce in the center of the pizza, place the pieces of burrata, shape the crust by forming peaks with your fingers then bake for 30 minutes at 370°F. Make an incision on the tomatoes, plunge them for a few minutes in boiling water then in ice water to remove the skins. Remove the stems from the tomatoes, hollow them out and garnish them with the burrata stuffing. Sprinkle the pizza with pesto, place the tomatoes upside down then add the stems on the tomatoes. Sprinkle with basil. Serve with a salad and enjoy!
