Total time : 40 min
5 bananas
1,5 flour
0,33 sugar
2 egg
1 baking soda
1 vanilla extract
0,5 melted butter
melted milk chocolate
vanilla pudding
mini Marchhmallows
graham crackers
Step 1/4
Using a fork, smash the peeled bananas in a mixing bowl. Once smashed, mix in flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, and melted butter. Pour batter into a lined sheet pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 350° F. When baked and cooled, use a small metal mixing bowl to cut out three circles. Use a small glass or cup to cut out three smaller circles.
Step 2/4
Pour melted milk chocolate into the small metal bowl. Swirl the chocolate around the bowl to completely coat the sides. Place upside down onto a lined baking sheet. Repeat to have three chocolate bowls. Refrigerate until solid then remove from molds.
Step 3/4
In each chocolate bowl, place a small circle of banana cake. Cover with a layer of vanilla pudding. Top with the larger banana cake circle. Place upside down onto a plate. Cover completely with Marchhmallow fluff. Spiral melted milk chocolate over the Marchhmallow fluff. Using a spoon, put up from the bottom of the Marchhmallow fluff to create a unique design. Top with mini Marchhmallows and toast them using a lighter. Cover the bottom with crushed graham crackers.
Step 4/4
Cut yourself a slice and enjoy!
