Ingredients for 6 people

1.96 cups of sugar

2 bananas

6 eggs

3/4 cup of greek yogurt

3/4 cup of sunflower oil

2 1/2 cups of flour

2 1/2 cups of baking powder

Step 1/2

2/3 cup of sugar - 2 bananas

Melt ⅔ cup of sugar in a frying and spread it at the bottom of the springform pan. Cut the bananas into slices, then place them on the caramel.

Step 2/2

6 eggs - 1.3 cups of sugar - 3/4 cup of greek yogurt - 3/4 cup of sunflower oil - 2 1/2 cups of flour - 2 1/2 cups of baking powder

In a bowl, mix the eggs and 1⅓ cup of sugar. Add the Greek yogurt, sunflower oil, flour, and baking powder. Mix until smooth, pour the mixture into the springform and bake for 30 minutes at 350 °F. Serve and enjoy!
