Ingredients for 6 people

2.4 cups of flour

2 tsp of baking powder

5 tbsp of butter

1/2 cup of milk

1 egg

1/2 cup of powdered sugar

4 bananas

1/4 cup of brown sugar

2 tbsp of rum

1/2 cup of hazelnut praline

1.3 cups of heavy cream

2 oz of milk chocolate

Step 1/4

Mix the flour, baking powder, butter, milk, egg and sugar until you obtain a smooth batter. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 2/4

Cut 3 bananas into slices, fold the foil to make a strip, make a circle of aluminum and place the banana slices vertically forming a spiral. Repeat the process to obtain 3. Place the brown sugar with the butter in a hot pan, place the foil circles with the banana in the pan and add the rum. Flambé the banana spirals and cook each side.

Step 3/4

Form a rectangle with the dough on the table, spread 4 tbsp of hazelnut praline, cut a banana into slices, cut the slices in 2 and arrange them in 3 rows of 4 and roll the dough over itself. Cut dough into strips, line the bottom of a mold with the strips of dough, place a bowl on top, lightly pressing the strips and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.

Step 4/4

Whip the cream and hazelnut praline to make a chocolate ganache. Place it in the center of the bread and spread it out, draw a spiral with the rest of the cream on top. Place the banana spirals, grate the milk chocolate and sprinkle on top. Serve and enjoy!
