Wrap the hot dogs with bacon slices and cook until crispy. Roll out pizza dough into a long rectangle, then spread with melted provolone cheese, bell peppers, and onions. Roll the dough to enclose the toppings. Carefully wrap the stuffed pizza dough around the bacon-wrapped hot dogs. Brush with egg wash and coat with breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.

In a pan, cook steak pieces with onions, bell peppers, and provolone cheese until well combined. Slice the hot dogs lengthwise and fill them with the steak mixture. Serve and enjoy!
