Step 1/4
Melt the chocolate. Fill the holes in the ice cube tray, then turn it over and place it on a drying rack over a sheet tray to remove the excess. Save the chocolate that you drain.
Step 2/4
Let the chocolate harden, about 30 minutes in the freezer. Meanwhile, cut the mango, banana and strawberries into small pieces.
Step 3/4
Divide the 3 fillings into the chocolate shells: mango and grated coconut, strawberry and speculoos crumbs, banana and hazelnuts.
Step 4/4
Cover with the rest of the melted chocolate and freeze for 1 hour. Unmould and serve!
