Layer shredded potatoes in the base of a cast-iron pan and cook. Grease the grill and cook the steaks separately. Form a square with cooked bacon pieces and cook eggs in the center of the bacon square.
Step 2/2
Place jalapeno slices, red onions, and cheddar on top of the potatoes. Let the cheese melt, then add another layer of hashbrowns. Finally, top with the eggs, bacon, and steak. Serve and enjoy!
