Dice the tomato. Cut the shell of the eggs leaving the eggs inside. Cook them on the barbecue, add the BBQ sauce, a pinch of salt, the tomato in each egg and sprinkle with parsley. Season with pepper and cook for 3 minutes.

Spread the mustard on the slice of bread. Crush the sausage using a rolling pin to bring out the flesh. Spread the sausage flesh on the sandwich bread and cook it on the barbecue. Place the salad and the cherry tomatoes on a plate. Place the egg cups on the salad. Place 3 eggs on the salad and 3 eggs in the egg cups. Cut the slice of bread into strips and place them next to the eggs. Sprinkle the rest of the diced tomatoes and parsley. Serve and enjoy!
