Cheesy Dogs!

Ingredients for 4 people

2 baguettes

4 hot dogs

8 slices of raclette cheese

1 red onion

3 eggs

2/3 cup of heavy cream


salt & pepper

Step 1/3

Having removed the ends of the baguettes, divide each one into 4 equal parts and place them on the sheet tray. Cut out a rectangle from the tops of each piece to form a well.

Step 2/3

Cut each hot dog in 2. Add 1 slice of raclette into each well, then add half a hot dog and some of the minced onion.

Step 3/3

Mix the eggs and the heavy cream with the chopped parsley, salt and pepper, then divide this mixture between the pieces of bread. Bake 15 minutes at 350 °F and enjoy hot.
