Ingredients for 8 people
10 tbsp butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cups flour
10 tbsp lemon curd
10 raspberries
1 pack M&Ms
Kitchenware
1 large bottle Coca-Cola, empty
Step 1/3
In a salad bowl, mix the flour, butter, half of the powdered sugar and the egg until you have a smooth dough. Spread the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
Step 2/3
Cut the bottom of the Coca-Cola bottle and use it to create flower-like patterns in the dough. Push these "flowers" into a greased muffin tin, poke holes with a fork in the bottom, and bake 8 minutes at 350 °F.
Step 3/3
Remove from the oven, fill the "flowers" with lemon curd, then place a raspberry in the center. Add an M&M to each raspberry and dust them all with the reMayning powdered sugar.
