12 macaroni
2 cheddar, grated
1 heavy cream
1 bacon, diced
6 square blocks of cheddar, 7 oz each
1,66 flour
5 egg
1,66 breadcrumbs

Step 1/3
Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water and drain. Melt the grated cheddar cheese with the heavy cream and pour it into the cooked pasta. Add chopped parsley and fried bacon.
Step 2/3
Cut all the blocks of cheddar in half widthwise. Build two cubes, leaving the tops off, with 10 of the blocks and secure them with the toothpicks.
Step 3/3
Divide the macaroni between the 2 cubes and top them with the 2 reMayning blocks of cheese. Freeze for 30 minutes. Remove the toothpicks and bread the cubes by coating them successively in the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Fry the cubes in a large pot, drain well, and enjoy!
