Step 1/2
Spatchcock the chicken and then remove the legs and wings. Keep the breast portion intact. Garnish with confit garlic and caramelized onions. Create a bacon lattice and wrap the chicken in it. Brush with BBQ sauce and bake at 425°F until done.
Step 2/2
Cut 2 hearts in the pizza dough. Place one on top of the other. Seal with egg wash. Place a straw and blow inside like a balloon. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with the chicken and enjoy!
