4 sour cream
0,5 green bell pepper
0,5 red bell pepper
1 chorizo, diced
1 ham, diced
1 swiss cheese, grated
1 smoked salmon, diced
2 mushrooms, diced

parsley

Step 1/3
Crack 2 eggs into each jar and add 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
Step 2/3
Add diced peppers and chorizo to one jar, the ham and swiss cheese to another, the smoked salmon and chopped dill to the third, and the sliced mushrooms and chopped parsley to the last.
Step 3/3
Season each with salt and pepper and close the jars. Place all the jars in a large pot of simmering water and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with buttered bread sticks.
