tomato sauce

sun-dried tomatoes

rosemary

meatballs

focaccia dough

Step 1/2

Sear the meatballs in a skillet and transfer them to muffin tins. Combine focaccia dough with rosemary and sun-dried tomatoes. Spread the dough over the meatballs and bake until cooked.

Step 2/2

Remove the meatballs from the muffin tins, invert them, and generously coat with tomato sauce. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top and bake until the cheese is melted. Finish by garnishing with Parmesan and basil. Serve and enjoy!
