10 bacon, diced
0,5 spaghetti
2,25 parmesan cheese, grated
1 sour cream
4 egg yolks

Step 1/2
Fry the bacon and cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water. Cover the bottom of a frying pan with parmesan cheese and place 1/4 of the bacon on top. Melt the cheese in the pan so that it forms a disc. Place the cheese disc on an upside down bowl so that it takes the shape as it cools. Repeat 3 times.
Step 2/2
Season the spaghetti with pepper and place in the demolded parmesan cheese bowls. Melt the reMayning Parmesan cheese in the sour cream with pepper and pour the mixture into the dish. Place the 4 bowls of pasta on top. Add an egg yolk to each bowl and enjoy!
