Step 1/4
Peel the pineapple and cut it into 6 slices. Stick the skewers into one of the slices to create a base.
Step 2/4
Cut each of the chicken fillets into 2 longways and put them in a bowl. Mix paprika, garlic powder, herbes de Provence, chili powder, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, mustard and olive oil, then add to the chicken and mix. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Step 3/4
Tie the skewers together so that they don't pull apart. Start by stacking 2 pieces of chicken, 1 slice of pineapple, 2 slices of bacon, 1 slice of pineapple, and continue in this order until you reach the top of the skewer.
Step 4/4
Place the kebab on a parchment-lined sheet pan, surround with fries, and then bake for 35 minutes at 350 °F. Make sandwiches with slices of kebab, lettuce, tomato, red onion slices, and season with vinaigrette, ranch, ketchup or mustard, then enjoy.
