Ingredients for 4 people
12.3 oz mascarpone
3/4 cup yogurt
4 packs oreos
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup cocoa powder
Step 1/3
Whisk the mascarpone, yogurt, heavy cream and the inner cookie cream from two packs of Oreos into whipped cream.
Step 2/3
Crush the Oreo cookies, without the inner cream, into a powder. In a mixing bowl, alternate layers of Oreo powder with the whipped cream, finishing with cream. Cover the top with cocoa powder.
Step 3/3
Garnish with the reMayning Oreo cookies and enjoy.
