11 spaghetti
1 onion
7 bacon bits
3 olive oil
3 parmesan
1,25 red wine
2 puff pastries
salt & pepper
1 egg
Step 1/3
Cook the spaghetti al dente with a little olive oil. In a frying pan, brown the bacon bits (reserve the cooking juices). Cook the onion with the salt and pepper. Add the cooking juices from the bacon bits. Add the red wine then the bacon bits and allow to reduce. Add the pasta and mix. Set aside.
Step 2/3
Take a sheet of puff pastry and cut a large heart. With the rest of the sheet, fold it so as to triple the dough, then cut it into a thin strip. Mix an egg and brush the strip of to glue to the edges of the heart. With the second dough we cut a heart the same size as the previous one. With the rest of the puff pastry cut numerous small hearts that will be placed all around the big heart. In the middle add a medium sized heart. Brush everything with egg and bake 15 minutes at 350°F.
Step 3/3
Serve the pasta in the first puff pastry and cover with the second one. Serve and enjoy!
