Step 1/3
Press the ground beef into a ring mold and season it with salt and pepper. Layer with caramelized onions, mozzarella, and another portion of ground beef. Flip and cook the opposite side.
Step 2/3
In a baking pan, arrange bacon slices around the edges and add tater tots. Position the ground beef patties on top, cover with cheddar slices, and spread mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup. Add additional tater tots and wrap bacon slices over the top. Bake in the oven until fully cooked.
Step 3/3
Finish by drizzling with mayo, ketchup, and mustard. Garnish with pickle slices, then serve and enjoy!
