  1. Cover each turkey breast with a slice of ham and 2 slices of swiss cheese and roll them up.

  2. Place the rolls in the casserole dish. Cut the potatoes into very thin slices and spread them around the rolls.

  3. Pour the béchamel between the potatoes and the rolls and bake for 25 minutes at 350 °F. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve.
