Step 1/2
Mix the flour, yeast and water to create a smooth dough. Allow to rest for 1 hour. Create small circles with the dough and fill with the seasoned ground beef. Cut the dough to create a flower shape and add slices of black and green olives. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake until 15 minutes at 350°F.
Step 2/2
Make incisions in the cherry tomatoes and stuff with mozzarella. Place the tomatoes on a plate with the pesto and ricotta cheese. Serve with the ground beef flowers, sprinkle with basil and enjoy!
