1/4 cup salsa
Tortilla chips
3 eggs
5 slices bacon, cooked
Salt & pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar
Jalapeños
Parsley

Step 1/2
In a salsa jar, with a bit of salsa left over at the bottom, add some crushed tortilla chips. Crack 3 eggs into the jar, then add bits of cooked bacon. Season with salt and pepper, close with lid, then shake.
Step 2/2
Place the closed jar in boiling water until the eggs are cooked. Open the jar, pour melted cheddar cheese on top until filled, then garnish with bacon, chips, sliced jalapenos, chopped spring onions and parsley, then enjoy with a fork or by dipping chips.
