freeze-dried raspberries
shortbread dough
sprinkles
edible gold glitter
chocolate hearts
milk chocolate
pretzels
Step 1/3
Pipe red and white fudge into a heart-shaped tin, swirling with a toothpick. Sprinkle freeze-dried raspberries on top and chill until firm. Meanwhile, spread shortbread dough into the other half of the heart tin and bake. Once cooled, place the fudge heart atop the shortbread.
Step 2/3
Mix together sprinkles, freeze-dried raspberries, and edible gold powder. Coat chocolates with this mixture and arrange around the fudge heart to decorate.
Step 3/3
Melt milk chocolate and dip pretzels, affixing a chocolate heart to each end to create arrow shapes. Press these onto the sides of the fudge heart. Garnish the fudge heart with fresh raspberries. Serve and enjoy!
