1 fingerling potatoes
30 bacon
1 red onion, chopped
6 wheels reblochon cheese
3 pizza doughs

Step 1/4
Cook the potatoes in salted water and drain them. Dice 12 slices of bacon and fry with the chopped onion. Add the cooked potatoes to the pan.
Step 2/4
Cut out a large square of cheese from 4 of the wheels of reblochon. Stack the hollowed out reblochons on top of a whole wheel. Fill the tower with the bacon and potatoes and top with the last reblochon.
Step 3/4
Cover this reblochon tower with 2 pizza doughs. Cut the last pizza dough in half and wrap the removed cheese squares in 2s. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes at 350 °F.
Step 4/4
Remove from the oven, surround the cubes and tower with slices of bacon to make a wrapped gift and place a bow made of bacon on top. Return to the oven for 15 minutes. When they come out of the oven, open the gifts and enjoy.
