6 chicken thighs
3 buttermilk
1 cornflakes
16 bacon
4 pancake batter
4 maple syrup
10 cheddar
6 waffles

lemon juice
chives
1 compound butter
Step 1/3
Pour pancake batter into a hot pan, top with pieces of cooked bacon followed by a slice of cheddar and a waffle. Toast on both sides, dip in additional pancake batter and cook once more. Remove from heat and drizzle with maple syrup.

Marinate the chicken in buttermilk. Pour the cornflakes on a flat surface and put the chicken on the cereal. Place a slice of bacon on the chicken and coat both sides with cornflakes. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with chives.
Step 3/3
Place the chicken on top of the pancake-waffle stack and add the compound butter. Serve and enjoy!
