Step 1/3
Slice a generous portion of bread, coat it with melted butter, dip it in brown sugar, and dust it with BBQ seasoning. Layer it with cheddar and provolone slices, followed by shredded BBQ pork and jalapenos. Add another layer of cheese and seal the sandwich with another slice of bread. Place it in a waffle iron and cook until the cheese has melted.
Step 2/3
In a silicone half-sphere mold, combine melted butter, parsley, and roasted garlic. Allow the mixture to set by placing it in the freezer. Once set, fill the butter spheres with cream cheese, jalapenos, caramelized onions, and bacon. Seal the spheres and return them to the freezer for another round of freezing.
Step 3/3
Drizzle the panini with BBQ sauce and place a compound butter sphere on top. Serve and enjoy!
