10 potatoes, cooked
1/4 cup butter
3/4 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
8 small wheels reblochon cheese
2 cups cooked bacon, diced
1 red onion, diced
Parsley
Salt & pepper
1 square baking dish
Step 1/3
Mash the potatoes, add the butter, salt and pepper, and mix well.
Step 2/3
Brown the minced beef with the onion and spread it in the bottom of the baking dish. Spread the mashed potatoes on top.
Step 3/3
Halve the wheels of reblochon cheese and press them, round side up, into the mashed potato. Mix the bacon with the red onion and sprinkle over top of the mashed potatoes. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 °F. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and enjoy!
