Step 1/3
Mix 3 1/3 cups flour, grated mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, and water to make a dough. Cover the upside down bowls with cling wrap and then with the dough and freeze for 2 hours.
Step 2/3
Take the bowls out of the freezer, remove them from their molds, bread them by coating them successively in the reMayning flour, the reMayning beaten eggs, and then the breadcrumbs. Fry the bowls in vegetable oil
Step 3/3
Cut the steaks into strips and fry them in a pan. Fill the bowls with the steak, cover them with melted cheddar cheese, and enjoy!
