Step 1/4
Cut the baguettes into 10 pieces, with one side sliced straight and the other sliced on an angle. Compress the crumb into the diagonal part of the breads to form a hollow.
Step 2/4
Place 2 slices of swiss cheese on 1 slice of ham and roll it up, cut it in half, and place each half in 1 piece of bread. Do the same in 3 more pieces of bread.
Step 3/4
Pour the bechamel sauce into the pie dish and place the 10 pieces of bread on top, with the straight side down, around the edge, alternating those with ham and those without. Add grated mozzarella cheese to each empty piece of bread and crack eggs into them.
Step 4/4
Sprinkle the reMayning mozzarella cheese in the middle over the bechamel sauce, season with salt and pepper and bake for 15 minutes at 325 °F. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and enjoy by dipping the bread in the bechamel.
