Ingredients for 2 people

pancake batter

bananas

dark chocolate

white chocolate

chocolate chips

Step 1/3

Shape the bananas into an oval on a sheet of parchment paper. Pour pancake batter in the center and bake in the oven until done; this will be the monkey's pancake face.

Step 2/3

Make another pancake in a pan. Once the pancake is out of the oven, brush the bananas with dark chocolate.

Step 3/3

Cut two semi-circles in the extra pancake to create monkey ears. Create the monkey's muzzle with white chocolate and chocolate chips, then place it on the pancake face. Decorate the monkey's ears with dark chocolate and a slice of banana. Create the eyes and ears with chocolate and banana slices. Serve and enjoy!
