Step 1/6
Prepare the different vegetable purees (reserve a couple of pieces of broccoli to make the trees).
Step 2/6
Shred the cooked chicken. Mix with 2 hens of olive oil and spices. Place at the bottom of the pyrex dish.
Step 3/6
To create the first layer (green) mix 2 chefs of mashed potatoes, 2 chefs of mashed broccoli, 1 hen of olive oil and a pinch of salt. To create the second layer (orange) mix 1 chef of mashed potatoes, 2 chefs of mashed sweet potatoes, 1 hen of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Place 3 chefs of green mash on the chicken, spread, then add 3 cheds of orange mash and spread.
Step 4/6
Place 3 hens of chicken on top (these will be the dinosaur bodies). Cover with the rest of the orange mash, then pipe the green mash around it. Bake 15 minutes at 350°F.
Step 5/6
Make parmesan tuiles for the scales, heads and tails. Mix the egg white, grated parmesan and cornflour. Place in piping bag and pipe the shapes. Bake 15 min 340°F.
Step 6/6
Add the parmesan heads, tails and scales to the dinosaur bodies. Place the broccoli trees and make footprints in the casserole. Serve and enjoy!
