0,33 parmesan cheese

1 fresh mozzarella
2,5 flour

2,5 breadcrumbs

Step 1/2
Over medium heat, cook the spinach with olive oil. Place the cooked spinach along with the chicken breast, parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper. On parchment paper, form small circles with the chicken mixture. Cover half with sliced mozzarella and use the parchment paper to help fold the chicken circle in half, making sure to seal the edges.

Coat the semi-circles in flour, then eggs, and finally breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Enjoy!
