30 sliced almonds

Step 1/3
Cut the croissants in 2, arrange them in a star pattern. Mix butter, eggs, almond flour, flour and brown sugar. Garnish the croissants with the almond cream. Coat them in syrup (water and sugar) before baking them for about 25 minutes.
Step 2/3
Cut the apples into thin slices and cook them in a knob of butter (reserve 1 apple for decoration). Place the apples slices on the croissants.
Step 3/3
Coat the reMayning apple in caramel sauce and sprinkle with sliced almonds. Place in the center of the croissants. Serve and enjoy!
