Step 1/4
Mix your water and lemon juice together in a bowl. Pour the mixture into each cocktail glass so that they are half full. Place at an angle in your freezer using the egg crate. Allow to freeze.

Peel 1 lemon on the outside and then use the paring knife to create the "leaf"by making small cuts. Set aside.
Step 3/4
Cut both lemons in half and place upright. Pour the sugar on top to create a "crust". Use the torch to caramelize the top. Allow to rest for 5 minutes and then remove using a fork.
Step 4/4
To assemble the cocktail, pour the Jack Daniel’s into the cocktail glass with the angled ice along with the ginger ale. Add the leaf on the side rim and the lemon-caramel tuile on the other. Enjoy!
