Spread a mixture of ricotta and BBQ sauce over half of a square of puff pastry. Layer on mozzarella and cooked beef ribs on the bone, then season with spices. Cover with the reMayning half of the puff pastry.

Deep fry in hot oil until crispy. Sprinkle with parmesan and chives, then slice, serve and enjoy!
