Step 1/3
Pound chicken breasts into heart shapes and season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix flour with spices and beer. Dip the chicken in the mixture and fry in hot oil. Add more batter while frying to make it extra crispy.
Step 2/3
Roll out biscuit dough and spread with butter and parsley. Cut into rectangles and roll up. Cut a slit in each to create heart shapes. Roll slightly and bake until done.
Step 3/3
Add the fried chicken on top of the biscuits, drizzle with hot honey, and serve with mashed avocados. Garnish with chives, serve and enjoy!
