3/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
4 cups cheddar cheese
4 lbs macaroni, cooked
Frank's Red Hot Sauce

Step 1/3
Remove the centers from onions, chop center and set aside. Keep the outer shell and wrap in bacon. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 °F. Once cooked, remove the bacon from over the top, revealing the hole. Set aside.
Step 2/3
In a large pot melt butter, and cook reMayning chopped onion. Add flour cook until thick, then slowly pour in milk to make a roux, once thinned out. Add in the cheese the thicken the sauce. Pour in cooked macaroni. Divide this mix between the two pans, placing a bacon-wrapped onion in the center of each, when half-full. Fill with hot sauce then cover with reMayning macaroni. Cover top with fried onions and bake for 20 minutes at 350 °F.
Step 3/3
Remove from molds and stack smaller "cake" on top of the larger one. Garnish with prosciutto flowers, slices of red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, herbs and black olives to give the illusion of a decorated cake. Slice and serve!
