Line a deep dish with pie dough and brush with BBQ sauce. Fill with macaroni and cheese, jalapeños, and chives. Stand ribs upright in the dish. Cover with another pie dough, allowing the rib bones to protrude.
Step 2/2
Wrap a strip of pork skin around the edge of the tin and bake until everything is cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
