Step 1/3
Start by cooking pancakes on a grill. Dip a cookie in milk and place it in the center of one pancake, adding chocolate chips for extra sweetness. For another pancake, place mini cookies on top and sprinkle with more chocolate chips. Cover both with additional pancake batter and flip to cook on both sides.

Next, chop some cooked bacon and mix it into softened butter. Place the bacon butter mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap and roll it into a log. Place the log in the freezer to set.
Step 3/3
To serve, stack the pancakes and add a slice of the bacon compound butter on top. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve with mini cookies and extra bacon on the side. Enjoy!
