Step 1/2
Slice the steak into two thick pieces and season them with salt and pepper. Spread mashed potatoes onto one of the steaks and top it with caramelized onions. Sandwich the other steak on top. Surround the steak with rosemary and secure the bone in place. Use kitchen twine to hold everything together. Sear the steak in a pan with garlic oil until it turns golden brown, then bake until fully cooked.
Step 2/2
Cut slices of Texas toast and grill them on a plancha with garlic oil. Slice the steak and place it on the Texas toast. Combine the steak grease with mayonnaise in a bottle and mix well. Add the mayonnaise to the steak on the toast. Serve and enjoy!
